BIRTH SUPPORT

Having myself birthed at hospital and at home I understand the importance and value of having the right support wherever you chose to give birth.

Birth as an experience pushes you to your limits, it stretches you beyond what you ever imagined you were capable of. But you are. You are capable of it all.
It's your initiation into motherhood, whether it being your first or third child, it's another stepping stone into your own womanhood. It's primal, it's raw and tender, painful and deliciously exquisite.
It's your baby's first ceremony, your final dance together before they emerge earth-side.
I am there to support you in whichever setting you chose to birth, providing support for both you and your partner.

In order for women to birth they must feel safe. Which is why if you chose to work with me we need to get to know each other before you birth. I offer 3 prenatal visits, where we unpack fears around birth and motherhood, the changes in couple dynamics. We go through different techniques and positions to help you with pregnancy and labour.

I am a firm believer in the continuity of care, which is why I have a second package which consists of 3 postnatal visits, where I can offer bodywork, emotional support, cooking or whatever your recovery journey looks like.

STANDARD PACKAGE - 

• 4 x 2.5 hour prenatal visits at your home: $650
• 24 hour on call from 37 week: $250
• 24 hour on call back up doula: $100
• continual birth support and postnatal visit: $1600
• Total: $2600

FULL PACKAGE -

• 4 prenatal visits at your home: $650
• 24 hour on call from 37 week: $250
• 24 hour on call back up doula: $100
• continual birth support and postnatal visit: $1600
• 3 x 3 hour postnatal visits 590
• Total: $3100
