Sacred window package 

This is a 6 week journey, consisting of one planning session and a weekly 3.5 hour visit, where I come bearing nourishing meals and snacks prepared at home so that I can be fully present to you and your needs.
Whilst with you I offer the following:

• Weekly meal packages consisting of a warm meal, soup or curry, 2 healthy snacks (for example breakfast muffins, crumbles, slices, compote, etc) and a warm home brewed drink.
• Body work such as abhyanga - warm oil body massages.
• Herbal sitz preparations
• vaginal steaming preparations with many of the herbs grown in my garden
• closing of the bones ceremony
• emotional support by helping you debrief and integrate your birth story
• newborn care
• help bonding with newborn or partner
• support young siblings through such meaningful transition
• light domestic tasks – vacuuming, hanging and folding clothes, dishes, etc.
• phone and text support during our time together

HOLY window package

Golden Window package (no meals)

A 6 week journey of in-home doula support, where I bring the same offerings as in the Sacred Window Package but without meals. This package can be complimented with a meal train set up beforehand in our planning session which I can manage and coordinate for you.

Investment: $1500

Planning for your sacred window

​A 2 hour planning session where we prepare for your postpartum period. We will look into food and it's importance in your healing journey, set up a meal train, optional task roster set up for community to help with other house chores and help with distribution of care.

Investment: $150
